Group Sales
Want to share the theatrical experience with a group? Bring 12 or more guests and receive a special discounted group rate. We work with educational, corporate and social groups, as well as a host of other organizations. Student and senior groups enjoy an even better rate, and our facilities are handicap accessible. Amenities
Complimentary intermission refreshments include coffee, tea, and iced tea, pretzels or chips. Free on-site parking for buses. Complimentary tickets to the escort and driver are included. Also, groups can take advantage of priority access to tickets before they go on sale to the public. It's never too early to start planning!
Accessibility
If you have guests with special needs, please let us know prior to your arrival, and we will work with you to make sure those needs are met! Our theatre is fully wheelchair accessible.
Terms
A 25% deposit of the total cost is required to reserve your tickets and is due when the reservation is made. If a cancellation is received 60 days prior to a performance, the deposit will be returned. Full payment is due two weeks prior to the performance. Additional discounts or coupons cannot be applied to group sales rates. Tickets will be provided upon delivery of full payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and personal checks.
Private Events
Make your next trip to the theatre an event to remember. We can host cocktail or dessert receptions in our intimate Hedgerow Esherick Gallery for a pre or post performance celebration. We provide coffee, tea, and intermission snacks, you provide the guests, and may use the space any way you wish! Bring wine and cheese for a pre-show soiree, or cakes and sweets for a post-show chat. The gallery can be rented for up to two hours before or after any performance for $100 an hour.
Wednesday Matinee Tea Parties
Upcoming Wednesday Tea Party matinees at 1 p.m. will be held throughout the year, with the tea party at intermission.
Each Wednesday matinee will feature a complimentary coffee, tea and a tea treats intermission.
Groups are invited to join the fun!
Lobby Rental
The Hedgerow lobby can be reserved before and/or after the show. You can use the space any way you wish bring wine and cheese for a pre-show soiree or cakes and sweets for a post-show chat. Hedgerow will provide coffee and intermission snacks.
Special Matinees
If you have a very large group (80 or more), we may be able to arrange a special performance for you!
Touring Productions
If you and your group would prefer not to travel, we can bring Hedgerow to you. We have touring productions available; call for more information.
