Demetria Joyce Bailey, whose performance in Ethel Waters: His Eye is on the Sparrow wowed audiences and critics alike, returns to Hedgerow with her 10 piece band, The Joe Dawson Jazz Ensemble. Demetria invites us into a relaxed concert style performance as she sings some of her favorites such as: Land of Make Believe, Only You, God Bless the Child as well as bringing back the magical songs from Ethel Waters: His Eye is on the Sparrow including: Stormy Weather, Taking A Chance On Love, Am I Blue and other Waters favorites (not included in the show), like Suppertime and Happiness Is A Thing Called Joe.

Hedgerow Theatre will present a very special concert featuring the roots music band Three The Hard Way with special opening guest Jahiti. Three The Hard Way brings the musical influences and passions of six unique musicians together to form a new sound that is being heard in Philadelphia.
